"Taylor" is a gentle gelding that we can trust to put anyone on for our "custom trail rides" and riding lessons . He goes whereever you point him, has an excellant attitude, a gait ANYONE can sit, (and LOVE), and really wants to please. He is getting more and more adoreable.

We took him to the C&O Canal last Wed and he was relaxed and a joy to ride.

Email or call me for photos of him being used for our custom trail rides. He really is good as gold.

Trigger doesn't "gait", but he is BROKE for ANYONE to ride.

Breed: Rocky Mtn x Draft Horse
Gender: Gelding
Height: 14.3h
Color: Taupe w/ silver mane and tail

Trigger is kind and trustworthy. Just the kind of horse to put a novice rider on, or a husband? He is THICK but comforatable to ride. What a great addition he'd make to your family! I met him at The Bucksnort Trail Ride and just couldn't resist taking photos of him and listing him for sale on my site. He is what the world needs, a noble steed with lots of real trail experience. He's located in the hills of Tenn.

Call or EMail Melissa for clips of him under saddle and for contact info of his owner Luther.

BlackWidow's Rainbow

Foaled: 2001
Breed: Tennessee Walking Horse
Gender: Gelding
Height: 15.3h plus
Color: Perlino and White
Sale Price: $7,500

"Bo" is our "ex" breeding stallion that we castrated in Dec. 2004. He is GENTLE, has THE BEST PERSONALITY on any horse EVER. He LOVES people, is easy to ride, and this summer when Bailey's Walking-After-Midnight Farm was asked to demonstrate gaited horses at the local county fair, we used Bo to "show off". See a photo of him ridden by a 12 yr old girl at this fair.

He has extraordinary front leg action and naturally "breaks" up to his knee when doing an effortless running walk.

He is not spooky, can be ridden by complete novices on trail rides that we charge $45 an hour for and is a FUN RIDE!!!! He is not "stud" like at all, on the trail or in a pasture. (We keep him with mares and geldings).

If we kept him in a stall he'd darken to a cream color with the tobiano white background. (But we don't keep most of our horses in stalls. They like it better outside and make for a more relaxed trail horse when they are turned out).

He is a rare color and threw really litup and beautiful colts that have all made superior trail horses. Several are solid colored but most are deluxe marked Spotted Saddle Horses, registered with Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders and Exhibitors Association (TWHBEA) . (They are also BIG). We have sold all but two, (see Ritchie and Casey Jones).

Besides his loving and kind disposition, he also passed his natural and show ring worthy tennessee walking horse gait on to all his offspring. He has two blue eyes. Call (540)303-0569 or email blackwidowfarm@starband.net to ask more about him or to request digital photos and moving photos of him under saddle. We have some of the best Tennessee Walking Horses and Spotted Saddle horses on the east coast and are most proud of Bo. Located in Winchester, Va.

Note: We have sent Bo to Richmond to be shown with the NWHA and Samantha Felton who runs a Girl Scout Camp and a Gaited 4H Horse Club. Stay tuned for Bo in the show ring!

Walking After Midnight's Spot

Foaled: 2004
Breed: Spotted Saddle Horse Breeders & Exhibitors Assc.
Gender: Gelding
Height: 15.1h should mature at 15.2h plus
Color: Black and White
Sale Price: $5,250

"Spot" is what pleasure riding is ALL about. Goes wherever you point him, stands quietly, wants to please you, and I just came back from Tenn where I rode him at Bucksnort for several days. I must say I had a GREAT time.

This horse can't help but gait, he doesn't spook and we rode up on Buzzards jumping up and flying out from under us, we crossed over snakes, through creeks, (he thinks he's a duck and he loves going in the creek!!), he just feels like a big comforatable horse that won't "try you out". And he is a lover boy too. He stays clean in the pasture too, (amazing but all we did for these photos was a little brushing).

Someone please buy him before I own another horse!!! Email or call me for photos of him under saddle.

Melissa (540)303-0569 Blackwidowfarm@starband.net.

Color: Bay and White Tobiano w/ soft (not erie) blue eyes
Sale Price: $5,000

"Coyote" is a a quiet gelding that will make THE perfect addition to your family.

He has been ridden by kids, is calm and NOT boogery on the trail. Would make a good husband horse too, or for any rider that can sit in the saddle. He goes whereever you point him and his disposition just tugs at my heart. I feel I can certainly trust him with inexperienced riders and his gait is natural and smooth. This horse is that special horse you can put your grand ma on.

Eldorado

"Eldorado" is a gaiting machine.

He neck reins, is VERY impressive in person, (he is just put together really well), and is B R O K E * B R O K E * B R O K E. And I mean in the hills of Tennessee broke. He WILL go where you point him. No spin rear or buck!

He likes to motor on but will drop down to a walk when you ask him. Endurance riders and serious trail riders will enjoy this horses smooth gait, excellant disposition, and sane head on his shoulders.
